At Aurthot, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and safe manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after they are placed and payment is confirmed. Orders made on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following/next business day.
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted under any circumstances.
- Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase
- If a product is out of stock customer will be contacted with an updated ETA, an alternate item, or offer of a refund.
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹ 1,000.
- For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping charge will be added at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer reliable and trackable shipping through leading courier partners such as Trackon, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and others. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–9 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen delays by courier services or local disruptions.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment status directly through the courier’s website.
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
- Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery at customercare@aurthot.com.
- For damaged or tampered packaging, kindly take a photo of the parcel and do not accept the delivery if contents appear compromised.
International Shipping
- For international shipping requests, please reach out to our team at customercare@aurthot.com.
- Aurthot will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (port charges, tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Shipping Restrictions
Restrictions may apply to shipping at certain addresses due to their nature. For example, shipping to P.O. boxes is generally not possible.
