Cancellation

1. The customer can cancel an order at any time before dispatch.
2. You cannot cancel the order once it's out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at time of delivery.
3. In case of any cancellation from Aurthot, due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund is initiated for orders.
4. Aurthot Surgicals (OPC) Private Limited reserves all the rights to accept the cancellation of any order at any time.
