• One of the ends will have a thumb loop, hold the wrist wrap with the thumb loop pointing upwards.
• Line the thumb loop up with the inside of your wrist.
• Put your thumb through the thumb loop
• Wrap the wrist wrap around your arm
• Wrap until the wrist wrap is comfortably tight, then secure it with the Velcro.

• Hand wash in cold water (86 °F/30 °C) using mild soap, rinse thoroughly. AIR DRY.
• Do not wring or twist
• Dry in shade on a flat surface, away from heat and sunlight
• Do not iron or dry clean or bleach
