• Open all Velcro fasteners on the Tennis Elbow Strap.
• Lay the padded portion of the neoprene strap over the forearm in the intended area.
• Wrap the strap snugly around the arm and fasten the short velcro fastener back onto the neoprene strap.
• Wrap the long Velcro strap around the arm and feed it through the plastic buckle.
• Tighten the Tennis Elbow Strap to a comfortable fit.

• Hand wash in cold water (86 °F/30 °C) using mild soap, rinse thoroughly. AIR DRY.
• Do not wring or twist
• Dry in shade on a flat surface, away from heat and sunlight
• Do not iron or dry clean or bleach
