• Unfold swathe and position around front mid-section. Wrap swathe around waist and secure.
• Wrap humeral strap around affected arm and secure with hook and loop closure.
• Place wrist of affected arm in foam padded wrist cuff and secure with hook and loop closure.
• Slide hand of affected arm through hand cuff to avoid wrist drop.

• Hand wash in cold water (86 °F/30 °C) using mild soap, rinse thoroughly. AIR DRY.
• Do not wring or twist
