• Slide the Velcro straps through buckles and connect on soft shoulder pads to form a figure 8.
• Slide your arms through loops as if putting on a jacket.
• After the brace is in position re-adjust Velcro straps for proper fit.

• Hand wash in cold water (86 °F/30 °C) using mild soap, rinse thoroughly. AIR DRY.
• Do not wring or twist
• Dry in shade on a flat surface, away from heat and sunlight
• Do not iron or dry clean or bleach
